Reunión de Majorettes 68: JFK

Esta semana volví a tener compañía en la emisora. El Papa discordiano Dani F. DeFreeze se vino a charlar y a poner canciones durante hora y media acerca del Presidente Mártir, el llorado John F. Kennedy, y todo lo que conlleva su figura. Desde la música de campaña previa a su toma de posesión a canciones hagiográficas y, por supuesto, el inmenso legado musical que supuso su asesinato en todos los rincones de la cultura popular. Repasamos algunas de las teorías de la conspiración, nos inventamos otras, y sobre todo escuchamos canciones. Porque el magnicidio político por excelencia del siglo XX inspiró cientos de canciones de rock, pop, ska, country, shoegazing oscuro o blues lacrimógeno... y también discos de música evangélica interpretada por muñecos de ventrílocuo. Hoy descubriremos que Erick el muñeco de ventrílocuo cantante de Lady Babushka, el consumo de LSD, los túneles de realidad y los amigos de infancia de Lee Harvey Oswald tienen algo que decir en este puzzle de conspiranoia musical.
